I had an issue with a wire and the fittings and contacted customer service and spoke with Lisa- I explained the problem I had and she immediately sent out a replacement. I appreciate the quick solution and will refer this company to family and friends. Thanks again for the quick response. 5 stars!

Lisa helped me with a problem I had on a new 2024 Chevy. Send my two items I could not find anywhere else. She was extremely helpful and courteous. I have numerous friends with the exact same truck issues, and will forward photos and links to them as well. It's nice to see a company in USA and that speaks good English and understands our requests, and is not a robot pretending to be a person. I received my backup camera and installed it last night. Easy installation with good instructions and the kit came with plenty of cable. The guidelines are there and the image is very sharp and clear. Shipping was fast. I am very pleased.

The item fits perfectly. A great upgrade to any truck. I connected it to a after market nav radio Carshow byRosen. Does just what I wanted it to switces as you go to reverse and can also use the button on the radio to switch as you are going down the road. Very quick shipping.
