Additional Information: This camera mounts under the lift gate license plate panel in the same place that the factory camera would be mounted. Includes Rear View Mirror with 4.3 Inch Rear Camera Display and Auto Dimming with Flying Lead Harness: GM vehicle owners don't have to sacrifice the convenience and safety of their current mirror to gain the use of a Rear Camera Display. Mirror auto dims in accordance with the amount of glare from the headlights behind the vehicle, when used with a back up camera (included) the display automatically turns on to show what is directly behind the vehicle whenever shifted into reverse.

Installation
You will install the camera in the panel above the license plate and replace your factory mirror with this replacement. You can expect it to have the fit and finish that you would expect from the factory!
You will need to locate a 12 volt accessory power source, reverse power source, and ground for installing the camera and mirror. These power sources are located in the junction box by the drivers left foot area.
The mirror comes with the necessary harness to retain the OnStar® feature and power/video harness to connect to the factory wiring and camera wiring.
