Description
This is a heavy-duty bracket that will allow you to relocate your factory installed tailgate camera on your 2019-2024 RAM Heavy Duty Truck with a tailgate camera only.
*Not compatible with factory surround view system with multiple cameras. Truck must have tailgate camera only!
Use this camera for salt spreaders, bed campers, 5th wheel applications, airstream tailgates, and any other application where you are required to remove your factory tailgate. Simply unplug your factory camera from under the truck. Install the camera on any flat surface. Run the camera coaxial harness to the factory camera plug and reconnect.
The camera will function the same as before, just in a different location.
This kit is only compatible with RAM trucks that came from the factory with a tailgate camera. Display not included.
Kit includes the following:
- Universal mount camera with 3 foot LVDS cable attached. Allows the system to be plug and play with your factory camera wiring.
- 3', 8' & 14' extension LVDS cable options available. Select from drop down above.
- Camera harness has factory end for plug and play with your existing vehicle wiring.

Compatibility
2019-2024 RAM® 2500, 3500 Heavy Duty Trucks.
Truck must be programmed for a camera for this to work. If the radio screen changes to a warning screen when put in reverse the radio is already programmed and you'll only need to plug the camera in. If the radio doesn't change at all when put in reverse it means the radio is not programmed and you will need to take the vehicle to a RAM dealership to have this feature turned on for the camera to work.
Not compatible with trucks that have the surround view system with multiple cameras, or rear and cargo camera configuration.
Installation
Mount the camera anywhere!
Can be mounted in virtually any location.
Camera tilt is adjustable so the view can be adjusted to accommodate any view required!
Run the camera LVDS harness to the factory plug under the truck and connect. Camera has approximately 3 feet of cable attached. Choose an 8 foot or 14 foot extension cable if more cable is required for your specific installation.
