This will fit as a direct factory replacement handle with pre-mounted camera and does not require radio removal to install!  The camera simply plugs into the factory connector at the rear of the truck and installs in minutes!  The kit also comes with the radio programmer tool so you can turn on the camera function quickly and easily- without having to go to a dealer!
