Check out this OEM tailgate handle with Camera-Source exclusive Rear View Camera Kit for the 2014-2018 GMC® Sierra and Chevy® Silverado!
This rear view backup camera system includes replacement tailgate handle bezel with integrated color rearview camera, and all vehicle harnessing. The wiring harness terminates with RCA so it will work with any monitor with an RCA input for backup camera. When you put your truck in reverse, your aftermarket display monitor provides a complete view of everything behind your vehicle, with high-resolution wide-angle camera. Compatible with all 2014-2018 Chevy® Silverado and GMC® Sierra models. This kit comes complete with factory original tailgate handle/bezel with integrated Camera-Source Super CMOS camera and tailgate lock option, shielded harnesses, and detailed instructions. Can be installed in 60-90 minutes. Professional installation is recommended.

Installation
Installation is estimated between 60-90 minutes. A "do-it-yourself" installation is estimated between 90-120 minutes. Professional installation is recommended.
This kit contains a replacement tailgate handle/bezel assembly with integrated camera so you will simply replace your existing handle with this one. All wiring harnesses are included and detailed instructions will walk you through the process.
