Description
Premium camera kit with OnStar® rear view mirror with 4.3" backup camera display that activates when you shift into reverse. You'll lose none of your mirror or vehicle's existing features while gaining an important safety feature found in many of today's well-equipped vehicles. This camera will also allow you to see the rear bumper and trailer hitch for easy connections - even at night!
This OE style camera system provides the latest in camera sensor technology for a super bright and clear display! Coupled to a OEM GM® bezel, this combination looks like a factory camera, but outperforms the factory camera in all categories including price. Mirror will replace your factory OnStar® mirror with no loss of functionality. Harness is included for temp probe and video for the camera connection. The outline of the hidden 4.3" monitor is completely invisible until you put your car in reverse, unlike many less advanced systems available in the aftermarket. Professional installation is recommended.

The mirror is an OE style replacement for your factory OnStar® mirror and everything is included. Mirror will replace your factory OnStar® mirror with no loss of functionality. Harness is included for temp probe and video for the camera connection.

Compatibility
2007 and 2008 GM® New Body Style trucks with or without locking tailgate.
Includes all the above model years Sierra, Silverado, Denali, and HD models.
MIRROR NOTES: Though this mirror has the OnStar® buttons on it, it will not add OnStar® to any vehicle unless it came equipped with the feature from the factory. Existing mirror must not have passenger airbag indicator light.
If your vehicle has a factory temperature sensor it will need to be replaced with the included sensor.
If you do not require temperature or compass see item CS-GMTRb-356.
Installation
You will replace your factory tailgate bezel with the new bezel containing the camera and factory mirror with this OE style replacement. Since the bezel is an OEM part you can expect it to have the fit and finish that you would expect from the factory!
The camera has a long cable attached that allows it to be disconnected by the spare tire area, making the tailgate removal easy! The included harness will run along the frame of the truck and penetrate the floor of the cab through a floor grommet on the driver's side and run up to the back of the OnStar® mirror.
You will need to locate a 12 volt accessory power source, reverse power source, and ground for installing the camera and mirror. These power sources are located in the junction box by the drivers left foot area.
The mirror is an OE style replacement and will come with the necessary harness to retain the OnStar® feature and add the temperature sensor. If your vehicle has a factory temperature sensor it will need to be replaced with the included sensor.
