Description
This is a mini universal camera that will allow you to relocate a factory rear camera on a 2024-2026 GM® Work Truck, Cab Chassis and 2500,3500 HD Trucks.
Simply mount the camera on your license plate or any flat surface and run the cable to your factory backup camera connection for a simple and seamless installation. The kit comes with a license plate bracket and a mini-universal bracket, which allows flexibility in mounting locations.
Run the camera coaxial harness to the factory camera plug and connect. Camera will automatically come on when the vehicle is put in reverse.
The camera will function the same as before, just in a different location.
This kit is only compatible with GM® Work Trucks, Cab Chassis, and 2500,3500 HD trucks.
*Truck radio must be programmed for a camera for this kit to work. See Compatibility tab.
**Not compatible with factory surround view system with multiple cameras or rear and cargo camera configuration

Compatibility
2024-2026 GM® Work Truck, Cab Chassis, and 2500, 3500 HD.
Truck must be programmed for a camera for this to work. If the radio screen changes to a warning screen when put in reverse the radio is already programmed and you'll only need to plug the camera in. If the radio doesn't change at all when put in reverse it means the radio is not programmed and you will need to take the vehicle to a GM dealership to have this feature turned on for the camera to work.
Not compatible with trucks that have the surround view system with multiple cameras or rear and cargo camera configuration.
Installation
Mount the camera anywhere! Two brackets included!
Can be mounted behind your license plate mount using the same screws that hold your license plate in place. Or switch the camera over to the universal bracket that allows for surface mount in virtually any location.
Camera tilt is adjustable so the view can be adjusted to accommodate any view required!
Run the camera LVDS harness to the factory plug under the truck and connect. Camera has approximately 3 feet of cable attached. Choose an 8 foot or 14 foot extension cable if more cable is required for your specific installation.
*Truck radio must be programmed for a camera for this to work.
